This policy explains what data Raizon Studio London receives through this website, what it is used for and how you can exercise your rights, under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Who handles the data

The data controller is Raizon Studio London. For any privacy matter, write to us through the contact form or at cnt@raizonstudio.com, using the word “Privacy”.

2. What data we receive

Only what you write in the contact form or in an email you send us:

  • name
  • email address
  • phone number, if you choose to leave one: country code, area code and number
  • the services you select in the form
  • the message, if you choose to write one.

The server that hosts the website also records technical access data, such as the IP address and the date, for security reasons. We do not use it for any other purpose.

3. What we use it for

To answer your enquiry and, if you ask for it, to prepare a quote. We do not send advertising and we do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Where it goes and who sees it

The form does not store anything on the website: your message is sent by email to our customer team, who reply in Spanish, English, Portuguese and French. That team and the email and hosting providers of the website may process your data outside the United Kingdom. By submitting the form, you consent to that international transfer of your data, solely for the purpose described in the previous section and with the security measures of this policy.

This website does not use cookies, analytics tools or advertising pixels. It saves only two items in the local storage of your own device, which are not sent to any server:

You can delete them at any time by clearing the website data in your browser.

6. Links to other services

The social media buttons (Instagram, YouTube and others) open those services, which have their own privacy policies. Anything you write there is subject to each platform’s rules.

7. For how long

We keep your message for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, if a job goes ahead, for the periods required by law.

8. Your rights

You can ask at any time for access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability or objection to the processing of your data by writing through the contact form or at cnt@raizonstudio.com. If you believe your rights were not respected, you can turn to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

9. Security

The whole website runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The form has no database, user area or file upload. If you want to send us files or a PDF, please do so by email.

If this policy changes, the current version is published on this same page, with the update date at the top.
